The city's oldest continuously-operating center is Huntsville Symphony Orchestra, while its newest and most cutting-edge art venue is Flying Monkey Arts. Located in the historic Lowe Mill, The Flying Monkey hosts a variety of events such as the traditional Cigar Box Guitar festival, and is home to a variety of artists and shops including Crash Boom Bang Theatre Inc., 4Motion Skateboard Shop, and the Vertical House Record Store.
